Can we bring jewellery/Reetha/Mehndi Powder from India

My wife is moving from India and i was wondering if she can bring the following items:

1 Jewellery
2 artificial Jewellery
3 Reetha/Shikaki/indigo powder( patanjali i guess)
4 Sweets

Is she moving a as PR?

She won't have to pay customs duty so ignore that part. In general, everything you listed is allowed, but take a look at the exceptions around food, plants, animals, and related product to make sure you aren't bringing in things that aren't allowed.
