@sahil

I think u can't get points for her at this stage ( after getting approval from CIO, NS). Better to consult with seniors.

Wishes

I know that I can add my spouse at a later stage of process, but if she can not raise my points, and if I get only 6,5 points on IELTS, it is going to be over for us. I can not say I am in common law if I am not, and I can not say that I have high proficiency in English if I do not have. I would never be in such hurry if it wasnt for this new NOC list, but what can I do. If it is not ment to be, than we will not go to Canada and that is it. We have few more days of hope, but if they remove financial managers from the list as somebody said on this forum, it is over anyway.

Australia here I come ha ha ha ha ;)
Just joking of course.

You only need 67 points. Perhaps having more points is good, I don't know.

I am curious where it says you can only get language points change after lock in date, is it in OP6?
Thanks in advance.

Page 26 of OP6 says " Pursuant to R77, the requirements and criteria set out in R75 and R76 must be met at the time the
application is made, as well as at the time the visa is issued."

But i am not sure what is the requirements and criteria set out in R75 and R76.

However, I did some more digging around. Good news for the original poster, see page 42 on OP6.

Pursuant to R77, these requirements and criteria must be met at the time the application is made,
as well as at the time the visa is issued. Therefore:
• if an applicant adds a spouse or common-law partner to their application between application
and assessment, and submits the necessary documentation, points must be counted, if
applicable, for that person under the adaptability criteria

I am not sure how to interpret that but it sounds positive to the OP.
