Please help? :(

No, not until you are married. Or you can apply alone and then add the spouse after the marriage, if you qualify.

We will get married in june, so does this mean that I can add my spouse after someone from visa office in Vienna contact me for sending more documents, or we have to wait for my visa, and then do the spouse thing??

If you apply before you get married, then you have to inform the office once you are married and send documents for your spouse.

If I apply alone, I need high proficiency in IELTS exam, and after I add my spouse who has family in Canada, then moderate proficiency in IELTS exam is enough. I am not sure that I can pass this exam with high proficiency or that I can change my proficiency in application after I say that I have high skills and the result is moderate or .....???

I think it's better if you apply after you are married. That way your application will be processed much faster. Also you do not have to worry about the points factor (high or moderate proficiency). And anyways, June is not too far from now!!

Yes I know, but the risk from new NOC 38 list changing is big. I read on this forum that financial managers will be removed from the list. I am not sure about the sources who give this information, but someone had to hear something from someone, otherwise they would not talk about this.

Anyway, I have to hold a few more days and see what will happend. :'(

What if you apply now without IELTS, no wife and claim high efficiency. Then after CIO replies back, you send in your application to the visa office after you have married and you will get the spousal points so having less IELTS won't matter as long as you have 67.

This is something I had in mind, but if I say that I have high proficiency in English, than they can ask for that proof. What if they accuse me for lying? Maybe I am just too afraid what will they say, but I dont know how they think or how will they react on our marriage? I dont want them to think that it is marriage of interest!

Why dont you send them a letter which says that you will be getting married in June.

I think many people claim high points for language and then don't get it. Perhaps one of them can answer whether they got their PR after doing that.

In which stage of application (after I apply to Sidney) can I add my spouse?

u can't get points for spouse or any thing else like work experience after lock in period i.e. date of receipt of ur application at CIO, NS,

only exception after 'lock in' period to get more marks is 'language points'
