Can we apply for Dependent OWP with BOWP of Applicant?

Hello Everyone!
I have a question?
I am a principal applicant.I brought my husband from back home on visitor visa which is valid until my workpermit(i,e december 2104).
So after applying BOWP from me in december.Can i apply for my husband OWP with my BOWP.
please suggest me.
Moreover I am planning to apply for BOWP for me at the end of this month.So can i apply both at a time or else apply my spouse after getting Bowp for me.

OWP for your Spouse, if you have LMO under level A, 0, 1 NOC. double check with CIC always. btw, I'm going to file my CEC this June, same as you 2171.

U can use ur current WP to apply for ur spouse for an OWP as long as u can provide a work letter for urself ..

Spouses of temp workers and international students can obtain OWP using thier spouse status

Not sure about the BOWP, I myself still investigating it.

Yes, you can apply for both at the same time.

If ur current WP expires in Dec 2014 then u won't be able to apply until
sept, the application has to be made within 4 Months from the expiry of ur current status..

Right now he is not intrested to apply.Can we apply his OWp with my Bowp(after getting it).

My partner and I are both on IECs and just applied for PR as a common-law couple, with me as the principal applicant. I will be applying for BOWP on April 4 and I understand that my partner cannot. However, I also understand that my partner cannot apply for SOWP, since I am not sponsoring his PR.

With that in mind, can he just apply for an OWP based on the outcome of my BOWP?

Does he just submit an application for OWP with a letter of explanation and an upload of the AOR both my BOWP application and our PR application?
