I am currently working as a project engineer in India and thinking to migrate to Canada, Which will be the best way to migrate? Express entry or Just normal work permit and move to Canada. Kindly suggest which will be better in terms of cost, time and procedure.

Express Entry. You can’t just get a ”normal” work permit. You need to find an employer in Canada and get a job offer. The employer then needs to pay $1000 and fill out paperwork for a LMIA. The LMIA is to prove that the employer can not find a Canadian or PR to hire. It takes months to process. Then with a LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. This too takes many months.
