Can we apply for a job from USA while waiting for COPR?

Hi All,

I am an Indian National currently working in USA on work visa? Wanted to know if we can apply for Jobs from USA while waiting for COPR or we cannot until we land? Can someone share their experience?

I am Software Developer by profession.

But were you getting a response back from employers? I am a bit confused whether it will be useful applying or is it complete waste of time and one should only try when landed and physically present there?

Yes, I received a few responses. Depending on the market and type of role it might be worthwhile to at least try.
