Hi buddies,i wish to apply for Canada student visa from jalandhar vfs,my permanent address in passport is mumbai,i will be doing my medicals in delhi?is it possible to apply the visa from jalandhar vfs?

I guess you can apply from anywhere..but make sure it is the most convenient one...cz you may have to visit the vfs office several times......only your permanent address and passport address should match...
