I am currently about to finish studies and and about to graduate in canada. I am intending to invite my one parent and under 18 sibling to canada for the convocation.
Is it possible to do that? I think that my mother cannot alone travel due to language issues, so i am intending to attach my under 18 sibling also as dependent child to travel for convocation . Is it a good idea? Do we need to apply separately ?

The under 18 sibling can certainly be included in the mother's application. None of us here can tell you if their application will be approved or not. That will depend on their overall profiles.

does it matter if she is under 18 or not?
My sister turns 18 in march but my convocation is on june.
So , do they need to apply before she turns 18 ? Or is it too early to apply considering the intended date of visit is in June?

Apply now as processing can be 6 months or more. She is a dependant until she turns 22.
