I am in US with my family right now, legally staying on H1B and my family is on H4. My PERm is not applied yet. Me and my spouse has Canada work visa valid until August 2021. I have applied for my Son's student visa on 01/14/2021. Application is in 'Submitted' status.
Situation1:
My employer is asking me to go to Canada ASAP, reasoning is that I should reach Canada with at leas 6 months valid visa. So, I am planning to travel by end of February.
Looks like I will not have my Son's visa by then so I might have to leave my spouse and son here in US and I travel alone. and after I receive my son's visa, they travel to Canada.
QS1 - Is it fine for my Spouse and Son to stay for sometime in USA while I am in Canada? They have dependent H4 visa. they might have to stay here for up to 2 months.
Situation2:
After I travel to Canada, I let me family travel to India and wait for my Son's Visa.
QS - If my son's visa is approved can he get it stamped in India? Note that visa was originally applied in USA.
