CAN Spouse apply his visa after his partner departure to CANADA

Hi guys,

Please some1 suggest me that if my wife will go first and she will not mention in her application that i am coming with her to prove VO a strong home tie.and after getting visa for her can i apply to go Canada?do u think it will work?

It always does work.......... reason .........strong ties to your home country ........Canadian immigration cannot reject your study visa as they know they would be chellanged on this basis in court that if husband is back home ...........how come person does not have strong ties to his home land and not intend to come back............. secondly ........

Its Canadian Law , Its Law everywhere in the world .......that spouse can accompany him/her on a visit visa ........they canot rejct it but ...... you have to wait for a while till ur wife is done with couple of semesters ..........then apply with a valid reason ...... dont jus apply .........after 10 days they will reject urz and will not extend her visa when she will apply ...........

What if a person has only 2 semesters ;D .. I am thinking, that IF I get a visa (Insh-Allah), i'll send invitation letter to my wife in 2nd or 3rd month of going there to visit me..

Jigzzy .......... you will get visa InsaAllah for sure ...... and remember it does nto matter 2 or three semesters ... u will have one year workpermit after that ...... to work ... so u can call ur wife with u any time .........jus need a sponsor letter from university of the comapny ur working with with ur bank statement ...to support her .........
....
i thought u got visa already .... did u not .............. even if ur a student .......... ur wife can be sponsored and ur kids can study in the schools here ........ u can apply for their study permits ........... which will have u make no fees as education is free here till grade 10 i guess .....................

Do let mek now how did it go with ur visa .......... what documents did u submit as i have some friend applying for same college .................as u ..............
