I will try to explain as clearly as i can.
I'm Nigerian and my wife is from Brazil. We met and got married in the USA, I was on a work visa, my wife was an au pair.
We applied for EE (I am the primary applicant) while in the US and got our COR in June 2019. Expected date for COPR is Dec 22nd (So it says on my account).
Now the kicker is, we have both had to leave the US as my work tenure ended, and my wife was a dependent on my work visa. We came to her home in Brazil, but i need to get home to Nigeria to tie up a few loose ends. I do not intend for my wife to come with me as she is now 4 months pregnant and i would prefer if she didn't do too many long haul flights.
I anticipate we will receive COPR while i'm in Nigeria and she is in Brazil. Can we apply for our visas in different countries? or i do perhaps have to take her passport with me just incase?
Any information would help.
