My parents will be landing for the first time soon. Neither of them speaks much English. Can they request translation when getting the landing paper process done? Thanks.

Depending on which city they land , they usually have someone that speaks the language . Maybe write them a letter stating that they don’t speak English and that immigration can call you if a translator is not available

1. CBSA, if it doesn't have a translator in person, will phone one their translators and do a telephone translation.
