Can sponsor leave 3weeks in outland application?

My boyfriend is PR and we are applying the outland application for common law. We both live in Canada.

I would like to ask

Can my boyfriend and I back to our country for 3 weeks during the application ?

Hi all,

My boyfriend is a Canadian permanent resident, and we are applying under the outland stream for common-law sponsorship. We both currently live in Canada.

I would like to ask: would it be an issue if my boyfriend and I travel back to our home country for about three weeks during the application process?

Somebody asked the exact same question. You both should be in contact with each other - PR boyfriend, common law and leaving for 3 weeks.
