I applied temporary resident visa inside Canada last week. Visa office sent out my passport which supposed to be delivered this Friday. However, because I was not in my home so that I cannot sign the package, my passport is being returned to visa office in Ottawa by Canada Post!!! I already sent a email to them, but the automic reply said the severice standard is 20 working days!! I need my passport within two weeks. I really need some help about this. I really want to know is there any other way to contact them instead of fax?? Or anyone know some officers' email address？？ What else I can do about this??
