I've been having trouble with all my applications that I've been filling out on Adobe. Whenever I save and go back to it I get this irritating message everytime and then I have to download the application AGAIN just for it to give me that same message when I go back to it again! Its totally updated and I am working with Windows 7.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm about to throw my computer out the window :D >:(

I received the same message few times and it's frustrating. It won't allow me to continue to input data after I save it. I also use Windows 7.

Can anyone help us? :-\

Had the same problem and then it worked with my husbands OLD laptop.

I can't remember 100% but I think what I finally did was to save the file anyways, even if it doesn't open, I think somehow you can still save it, and once its saved you can work from there.

Will try to check from home this evening if there isn't a better reply yet! ::)

I ended up printing a copy and working on it by hand. Then when I was ready I just that that application in one go. Pretty tedious but I too was fed up of seeing that warning.

I had the same thing when I was filling the forms for IMM5406, IMM5285 etc.. Once I saved it, I was unable to edit later.. >:(
So I just ended up with having the draft of printed forms, filling all fields completely on computer, doing double-check, saving it and printing. It sounds very silly but I wanted to spend more time on collecting the proofs of relationship at that time.

which version of Adobe you are using. You can try with Adobe 11 or access cic site with internet explorer or firefox browser . I have windows 7 and Adobe 11 not finding any problem in editing those forms.

Don't use Adobe... use Foxit for reading/editing PDF files. 100x better!

I am using Adobe 11 and also have windows 7 :( Foxit seems to be working alright for now...thanks everyone :D

My Adobe Acrobat 11 worked fine on my Windows 7 computer but, then again, I didn't try completing the forms online. I saved them all to my computer. Then I created a folder called "partially complete" and another one called "completed". The original that I downloaded was in a folder called forms then when I edited I saved to the "partially complete" directory, and when the form was fully completed it was saved to the completed folder. These forms don't like being overwritten but they are fine when saved to a different directory to the original.

I didn't bother with filling them out online as I wanted to keep copies anyway.

Use Foxit for all forms EXCEPT the bar code forms - it does not produce bar codes for some reason/ It's great for all other forms though.

Up in the top right corner it will ask you if you'd like to open with something different. That's all I did. The adobe hasn't worked for some reason in years!

I guess I will try to do them all in one shot without saving and print them off. Is it okay if the dates are a little different on each form? And when I sign my name is it to be in blue or black ink?
