Can Someone explain me the difference between LMIAs

Hi,

I would like to know the difference between LMIA used for Express Entry to claim 50 points and LMIA used to get Closed Work Permit ?

Also, the job offer duration requirement change from indeterminate to 1 year is for EE LMIA , right ?
