I am from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I want to send a package of application forms and documents to the Embassy of Canada in Moscow, is there any special way to send them? or DO I send them with regular mail, or FEDEX and UPS. who has an experience and applicants from Uzbekistan please give some advice?

Second question is, I want to study in diploma program in Canada, I am married but no kids yet. What is my chance to get a Study permit and TRV to myself and for my wife accordingly? I mean, is it difficult to obtain visas for both of us? I am reading in the forum that it is very difficult to get Visas for both. I will try to give all documents and proof that I am a bona fide student and will come back after graduation, and show them all ties to my home country, like my property, business, job which is related with the diploma program that I want to study. I am from Uzbekistan, not from India where more international students try to go than students from Uzbekistan.

people can you give some advice please, thanks a head

You can submit your documents to Pony Express and International Organization for Migration (IOM), that are moscow embassy service providers.
Even if you chose any other agents, or mail service, your documents should have IOM receipt.
My friend from moscow, mr. Varova, he is international student in UFT.
ABout your second question, yes you can get a TRV for your wife, but it is advisable if you come here first then apply for her visa, It is just to show home ties,
And do not worry, Russian embassy hardly reject any visa(confirmed).
By d way which school you are going for.

thanks for your advise. how about If I apply for both of us at the same time , is it possible for rejection? I am thinking If I apply for myself first and leave to Canada, and apply her later, but she gets rejection, it really sucks, I don't want to be far away from my wife, we are newly married couple. sir how do you know that Russian embassy hardly rejects any visa? i want to study in Thompson rivers university, post-baccalaureate diploma in finance program.

dude do not cal me sir, well as its strong ties with europe, canada gives priority to them.(not partiality).
its up to you, i think its would be only 2 month difference between ur and ur wife arrival.
trust me its helps you both because by her arrival you will have almost understand canada, will help her in many things.
well, i can not tell you is it rejection or not when you both apply together, but i can guarantee you if you apply alone you will get visa!!
my friends from russia are not so good in studies but got their visa... soo try alone then call her. good for you both!!

hey man thanks for your genuine answer, I know what you saying. but If I get visa and start my education, i won't be 100% surethat she will get visa too. That's why I want to make sure she gets the visa first and after that i will go 2 or 3 month earlier and settle there and call her to come. If she gets rejection I have to come back stopping my education after two month, getting refund, losing some money for nothing and so much headache.
and I think for consul it will be clear that she doesn't have enough ties for herself because i am in abroad.
