Dear Forum members,

On 6th Dec 2009, when i received the request for medical/Right Of permanent Residence Fee i drop a message to Canadian immigration office in London about time extension for submission of requested stuff, for which they replied and gave me time until end of Jan 2010.

On receiving their reply, i dropped another email to them in which i attached baby PP and Birth Certificate copy, and asked them about the procedure to be followed in order to include baby in our immigration application... I also informed them about our medical examination which i did soon after receiving their mail by post as i had limited time as per the letter i received...

On sending above request for including baby in our immigration application, following is the immigration office reply..

Dear Sir,

Thank you for the information. Please provide the following documents within 30 days in order to enable us to proceed further with the processing of your file:

*
$150 processing fee for your the baby
*
Passport sized photos x 2
*
Copy of passport & long form birth certificate. Although you provided these via email please also submit the copies via mail with the above items.

Upon receipt of the above documents I will send a medical form for the baby.

Kind regards,
Immigration Office

All the above things are prepared, confusion is that they asked for only 2 photographs however on the guidelines which I used for sending immigration application states four photographs. Can some one advice me on that please?

Secondly, is there any kind of form that i need to fill and send along with RPRF Demand Draft, like they introduce a payment detail form for Permanent residence application fee? do I need to prepare single demand draft (amounting 1130 CAD Dollars) which will include RPRF for my self and spouse (490 + 490) plus CAD $ 150 for the baby, please correct me if I am wrong.

As i am done with medical and no interview call has been made so that means my interview is waived???

please advice.

Thanks

Wajahat

I am sure a single draft would be okay. At least I dont see why not. I have no experience in this, so you shouldn't take my word.

Between the 2 and 4 photos issues, why don't you just send 4. Does it specifically say somewhere addition of babies should have 4 photos?

Dear Go ahead

photo's numbers are not the confusuin point, its two or four you have limited time, send all requirement immediatly

one draft is sufficient as u mention

fill following forms and include ur baby

1. application for permanent residence

2. additional family information form

welcome for any question
