Can re-xray/examination after 90 days of sputum test be done at another country?

Here is the situation:
My husband's PR in Canada and sponsoring me, he has not filed the application yet. I got an upfront medical appointment for Canadian immigration at IoM Lahore(Pakistan) on 7th January 2015. I was told that I will be contacted by Monday if there's anything wrong with my medical tests otherwise it will be sent to CIC and that's all. I didn't get any call but I needed to get the status so I emailed them on 16th Jan'15 and in reply they told that I'm scheduled for further medical assessment against date 26th, January 2015. I had sputum tests on 3 consecutive days and they said you will get the results after 2.5 months or so. Getting results gave wrong idea that it is all done and there are not going to be any more appearances for medical examination.

Now when I am travelling for next few months and wouldn't be in my home country(Pakistan where the medical examination was started), I am scheduled for furtherance on 7th April 2015. What options do I have?

Do I have the option of getting it done at another country(where I would be on 7th April'15) or any earlier appointment?

I called them for an earlier appointment(within next 20 days) but no response till now. I'm stuck in the situation. Kindly help me.

you can go back to the medical office that is taking care of your file and explain that you will need to travel and you wont be able to
follow up in this clinic, I don't think that they will get you an earlier appointment, but you can ask for a later appointment when you are back to your country.
If you want to continue your application and medicals in other country you will need to meet residency requirements in that country, which you wont be able to do soon, therefore you need to complete your file in your country, transfer your file to another country will be very difficult, which is the other option, transfer your file and follow up in another clinic, but as I said, it will be very difficult. "best" option is to get a delayed appointment.

I have not filed my application yet and I am planning to submit my immigration application from my own country once I come back. It's just this medical examination I was wondering about if that could be done from another place or not.
