Can any one tell me if graduation done privately not regular
will immigration officer give the points

I doubt they will not consider private education. If ur last degree is regular then they can ignore ur previous private degree.

Yes It is valid But it should be from Govt. Approved University.

no dear u if u have private degree then u will not be given points it is 100% sure and if u want to claim the points then do ur master regular.
