Can primary applicant only bring GTF items?

Hi,
I am travelling to India alone so naturally, was planning to bring some GTF items with me. However, i see that GTF list is in my wife's name, who is the primary PR applicant.

Queries:
1. Can I bring GTF items with me?
2. If yes, any paperwork required to be completed for the same?
