If a PR is sponsoring their spouse who are found inadmissible to Canada due to misrepresentation, would it automatically make the sponsor also inadmissible and lead to PR revocation?

Generally speaking, no. Generally speaking only the applicant (person being sponsored) would be inadmissible.
However it would depend on the nature of the misrepresentation. If it's an extremely serious misrepresentation which shows the sponsor also misrepresented material facts in their own PR application, it's possible IRCC could decide to pursue revoking the PR status of the sponsor. But again, it would need to be an extremely serious misrepresentation which the sponsor would have made in their own PR application as well.
