I got my Master's degree and currently is holding a 3 year PGWP.
I am now working for a company here and I was wondering if I can bring my 14yo brother to study high school in Canada similar to international students who can bring their spouse and children here?
I searched online and most are about cases of spouses and children but not about siblings.
And would they have to pay international tuition for it?
Thank you!

Others can comment as well but you cannot bring a sibling with your PGWP. Your sibling could in theory apply for a study permit and I guess you could be the siblings guardian/custodian. International fees would apply though.

Your brother is not classified as your dependent and cannot benefit from your status in Canada.

He would need to apply for a study permit to attend high school in Canada and yes, international tuition will apply. To attend public high school, he will need to pay annual tuition of around $15K / year. Private school will be more.
