My gf is on PGWP....she has 1 year remaining on it.
We are applying for family class INLAND PR.....we will apply friday next week. She will also submit "open work permit" application, and she will write "PROCESS AFTER AIP"
What i'm scared of, is that if the AIP takes longer than 1 year, her PGWP will expire and she wont have the OWP yet because she can only get OWP once she gets AIP!!
can she still work under implied status??
most likely she will get AIP and the OWP before 1 year...BUT..you never know...
