Can Personal Loan be shown as a viable source of funds ???

Hi to fellow forum members,

I just need to get this information. If a personal loan of 12 lakhs from two of the nationalized banks (6 lakhs each) can be used in place of education loan for VISA filing.

P.S - this is after the first semester fees has been paid via bank transfer.
