can not see File status.

can not see the file status from last six months after hundred attempts with file number,name and birth date. despite I could see that before june,12. what is the problem and which procedure I can apply for viewing my status. Please help me.

shoot an email and a letter signed by principal applicant to your VO ,it will be fixed

contact CIC, they are the only one who can assist you in that, i had the same problem before and i sent them email, it start working after that automatically.
