Can new Permanent Resident's immediately get Govt Student loan?
I've learned that there may be a residency requirement, that is one needs to stay in a province for last 12 consecutive months, to be eligible.
Suppose I land in Canada next May & get admission for September session for University.
Shall I be eligible to get govt study loan?
