Can my wife bring me my PR card

I got my PR card at my Canadian address before getting back to my country (Italy) as I had to come back to Italy for a little while. I want to know if my wife can bring it to me in Italy... She is going in Canada in few days and she could bring it back with her when she return to Italy.... Is it OK to do it, some people told me it was an infraction.

It is permitted. There is no infraction.
