I don't understand your situation. What status are you? How did your family apply for PR? Are you still in a relationship with your wife or are you separated?

No we are not separated, we applied for family immigrant visa and receive it last March. Can my wife and son go to Canada with out me as his husband and father of our child

Who was the primary applicant?

Generally the other parent's consent is needed to remove a child from a country.

It's still confusing. Is your wife already a Canadian citizen or PR, and applied for you and your son under family class? Or you're a citizen/PR and sponsored them? Or she applied for PR through some other way and included you and your son in her application?

If your son got COPR/visa to go to Canada, didn't you get one also as well?

Hi sir Rob. My wife applied for PR including me and my son. We already have the COPR. But my wife has the possession of our documents. From passport to COPR. I can not contact my wife until now for five days my fear is that maybe she already went to Canada. Can she enter Canada even I'm not with them? For family immigrant visa. Thank you

Yes she can enter without you, as you are just an accompanying family member in the application. If you don't use your COPR to land by the expiry date, you will simply be assumed to not be accompanying to Canada at this time.

The bigger question is why did she leave without you and not even tell you? Did she intend to separate from you?

Also you should note, this is NOT a family class application if your wife applied for PR through some other means (skilled worker, express entry, etc).
