hello my parents would like to come to Canada this August ,since I am not a permanent resident nor a citizen but my common law is ,Can they just apply for a ordinary visitor visa without me having to provide income as I don’t work and my spousal sponsorship is in process .

They are asking me for letter of invitation but my application is still being process and I’m now out of status .

Pls help Thankyou

Yes - they can apply for a visitor visa. They don't need an invitation from you to apply. I would not recommend you include a letter given you have no status in Canada. You're not in a position to invite them.
