I came in Canada 5th may 2015 based on my spousal PR. now my husband want me to go back in india and he is going to cancel my PR and want to depot me india
Can he cancel my PR & depot me india? :( :(

Do you have condition 51 on your CoPR?
If yes, all he can do is contact CIC and tell about the marriage breaking up.
But it's not up to him to choose what will happen next.
The immigration can or can not take any action against your status in Canada.

As DanSlh mentioned it really depends if there is Condition 51 on the CoPR. I am confused about this post since I have followed your questions on the New Delhi 2014 thread and you were both very excited for you to come here and the next month he wants you gone?

why confused, things can change pretty fast, its different living separately and its different living together

As they married in January 2014 and submitted the application in July 2014, Condition 51 is almost certain to apply.

You can travel to any place in the world without PR card, including India. You will not be able to return to Canada without your PR card or a valid visa in your passport. However as already was mentioned here he cannot take your PR card and cannot make you leave - if he does , you can actually report him to police, get your belongings and get a restraining order.

You can travel and ask for a travel document in order to return to Canada.
As well, you can ask a new pr card.
And as mentioned, reporte him to the police, sonce holding your documents is a crime.

You can also use your COPR (confirmation of permanent residence) document to enter Canada by land in a private car only. But you will need a visa to enter the US, then rent a car and drive across.

Your husband can not cancel your PR nor can he deport you to India. He can notify immigration about the marriage breakup and as I am sure condition 51 applies in your case, immigration may decide to cancel your PR based on that you did not cohabit with your husband for 2 years after gaining your PR.

However, there are exceptions made in the case of abuse or abandonment. If your husband is in fact kicking you out, I guess this might fall under abandonment on his half because it doesn't sound like you are the one who is wanting to leave him. You should talk to an immigration lawyer as soon as possible to clear up what you should do.

I do not think you should leave Canada for the time being. He does not have the right to keep your PR card. You can talk to the police about getting it back. If the police refuse to help you or he refuses to give it to them or says he doesn't have it, you get a police report and apply for a new PR card from immigration stating that your old PR card was lost or stolen.

You might as well report the breakdown of the marriage to immigration because your husband surely will if you don't. If you do, make sure you tell them that your husband abandoned you, kicked you out of his house and is refusing to provide for you.

This is the BEST advice given to you. Report your husband for abuse to CIC , do not leave Canada as you have rights. His threats of deportation are considered abuse as well. I wlll recomend you to get in touch with an immigration expert to report the abuse and request an exemption for the two years of cohabitation.

He can not keep your PR card. You file complain against him to cops. If you don't wont to do you can apply for reissue of new Pr Card

You dont have to rent a car. Any transportation by land is fine. For people who have never used public transport in life.... you can use COPR to travel from US by bus, train or any other land transportation. There is no restriction on which land transportation you use.

Wrong. A non visa-exempt PR cannot board a commercial carrier travelling to Canada without showing a valid PR card. This includes buses and trains travelling from the US.

As canuck said, you are completely wrong. You need a PR card to board any commercial transportation, including trains and buses.
