So, I came to Canada 3 years ago on Work permit. Last month I got my CoPR. Last year, my girl friend(We are in relationship from 2019) came to Canada on Student visa. We are planning to get married this year in Canada as we both are going to be 30 in another 2 years. Will it be a red flag in her PR process?

Our culture didn't allow to live together before marriage, so we didn't live together. She is living in Ontario and I'm living in Alberta. I was supporting her financially for last 2 years before she even came to Canada.

I don't see any issues in you getting married and then sponsoring her for PR. Although I think you would definitely want to be living together in the same province once you are married.

I'd add: if the OP is going to apply for inland sponsorship, they must be living together. They could do outland-while-inland if impossible to live together in Canada, but probably not the best idea (for reasons you point out, and would probably take quite a bit longer based on recent stats).
