Can my First Cousin sponsor me for Toronto?

My first cousin ( son of my uncle (my father's brother) is living in Canada in Toronto.He got his PR this year in April.

Is he eligible to sponsor me?

I have active express entry profile with 328 points.

This totally depends on your cousin's circumstances. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-who.asp Option 2. He *might* be able to invoke the "lonely Canadian" exemption.

He can use the one other relative clause if he is alone without family in Canada and he is not married nor does he have children that he could sponsor and his parents are dead.
