My family has Canadian visitor visa. Can they join me in Canada while I am awaiting my hearing?

Did they get their TRVs approved before or after you made your asylum claim?

There is a chance all of your family's TRVs have been cancelled, so you might want to check that first.

Our families are been discriminated and not allow to visit us in Canada and we can stop that.

I have a federal petition opened on our parliament to put an stop to that practice. We should have the right to invite our family to visit us.
Counting with your signature. Please share with your friends. We need a million signatures.
I can provide flyers if you would like to help.

Your petition can't apply to people that are in Canada with asylum/refugee claims. If someone has claimed refugee status in Canada, then odds are incredibly high that any family member from the same country would also claim asylum as soon as they arrived in Canada.

The denial of TRVs for family members of asylum seekers, is for very valid reasons and justifiable by IRCC. This practice will not go away.
