Can Medical request be done from India?

I plan to visit India in Jan 2015 for two months, as per the current processing time I am expecting medical request for my CEC PR application on 10th Jan.

Two questions..
1) I believe the Medical request would be through email as that was the same way I received my AOR. Kindly confirm?

2) Can I get my and family's medical done in India? I think yes as the only requirement is Panel Physicians approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

YES. Should be always email. I never heard any medical come through mail.

2) Can I get my and family's medical done in India? I think yes as the only requirement is Panel Physicians approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
YES. Any where in world.
