HELLO I COMPLETED MY MBA IN 2012
WHICH ARE THE COURSES AVAILABLE IN CANADA FOR ME?? WHICH IS MORE DEMANDED IN CANADA ??
IF I CHOOSE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT THAN I HAVE TO APPLY ON MY BACHELOR DEGREE..SHOULD I HAVE TO HIDE MY MASTER DEGREE OR NOT ??
IF I PUT IT ON MY VISA FILE . IS THERE ANY CHANCES OF ISSUE / REFUSE ??

Re: CAN MBA GUY GOING FOR STUDY @ CANADA ??

It is better you apply for DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) instead of any other master level degree.
If you apply for any master level program, this might bring the chance of your rejection higher because you can't satisfy VO. In the other hand, if you apply with your bachelor degree and hide your MBA as you said, you have a gap in there! what are you going to do with your 2 years at least gap?

CAN MBA GUY GOING FOR STUDY @ CANADA ??

could u suggest me some colleges which offer this DBA course??
what is requirement of ielts ??
my ielts score is 6 bands
(r 5 , l 6 , w 6, s 6)

Hi,

It really depends on your overall profile. If you have a 3 years bachelor degree+ 2 years MBA ( or PGDM) from countries like India... then it is usually considered as equal to a Canadian 4 years Bachelor's degree. Then, you can very well pursue Master degree in universities across Canada. For you to be eligible for a Master degree programme, you should have a minimum 60% in final 2 years of your study... i.e in your MBA, usually minimum 6.5 in IELTS(with no band less than 6.0) and other individual programme requirements like GMAT and/or work experience for a good public university Canadian MBA. These are minimum requirements, and usually entry to good MBA programmes across Canadian universities are highly competitive.

If you have a PGDM... then even better..and you are sure shot justify that... it's a Post Grad Diploma and NOT a Master's degree..and hence you are going to Canada for higher education. Although an MBA from India also should not be a problem.. as long as you have got admission to a good Canadian MBA programme(which requires GMAT and/or work ex.). So..there's absolutely no need to apply for DBA/PHD... where competition is even tougher... unless you choose to apply in DBA.

Go through the MBA programme site of all university business schools, and find 3-5 suitable MBA programmes where you would like to apply. A GMAT score of 550-600 is quiet good... and will help you to make it to a MBA programme of your choice.

Here's the list of all Canadian educational institutes... eligible to participate under OCWP+PGWP:

If you are NOT eligible for Master degree programmes in universities.. you may apply to Post Grad certificate/ diploma programmes of 1 or 2 years in Canadian colleges..mainly situated in Ontario. Many Master degree holders from countries like India.. get admission and visa to these PG certificate/diploma business programmes in Canadian colleges. You can try applying to these colleges and see... only incase you are not eligible to get admission to Master degree/MBA programmes in Canada.

Best of Luck.

For Universities I'm not sure and you need personally put some effort for it and look for it. For the IELTS result, I'm afraid that your current score is a bit low! and from now you need to work for a better result. If I'm not mistaken, you will need the score of 7 overall for DBA. However, different Universities have different rules and regulations.
