Can job letter be part time?

I work part time but have enough hours like full-time.. So, should be eligible to file under CEC by July 2021.. Just want to confirm can job-letter be part-time or it has to mention full-time on it???? Also, what is an offer letter? Do I have need it if I am not getting LMIA and just filing under past experience???

If your work reference letter says 30+ hours a week, then it will be considered full time.

offer letter is needed if you’re claiming 50 points. You need an LMIA for that only if you’re in an open work permit (no employer mentioned on you wp document). Otherwise you just need a new offer letter from your employer with the mandatory details below.
