I am student from India and I am a 3D artist, I am getting some freelance work opportunities in Canada. My student permit conditions only say
'' NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT IN BUSINESS RELATED TO SEX TRADE''
'' MAY ACCEPT EMPLOYMENT ON OR OFF CAMPUS IF MEETING ELIGIBILTY CRETERIA ASPER R186(F) (V) OR (W) ''
Now can I work as a freelancer in Canada within my 20 hour per week limit ? if yes how do I do it in a Legal way, Do I register myself as a sole proprietor ? because the client said they will require invoice from my side for billing.
How do I proceed ?
