Good day, I want to apply for international study visa in Saskatchewan but I will like to know my hope of working and that of my spouse. I will appreciate your advise and suggestions.

Do you not have access to google ? All info you require is here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work.asp you can work only 20 hours a week. And for your spouse http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-spouse.asp

Thanks, I have seen that already. Please, do you know if the job my spouse will do will be able to sustain the family because the money we are bringing into Canada will go into my schooling?

Impossible to say. First of all there's no guarantee your spouse will be approved for an open work permit. Second, it's impossible for any of us to say what kind of job your spouse is able to obtain here if your spouse is approved for an open work permit - and how long it will take to secure that job.

If you only have enough money to pay for your tuition (and not living expenses) - then you should forget about coming here to study. It's not a good plan.
