Can I work full-time while waiting for PGWP?

Can I work full-time while I wait for my PGWP? However my visa and study permit are both expired since July 31,2022. I can't renew my SIN until I receive my PGWP.

If you've already submitted the PGWP application then you can work full time on implied status.
