Can I work 30 hours on campus and 20 hours off campus?

I’m an international student in Canada and I got the job of peer tutor at my college campus. I’m easily able to work 30-40 hours at my campus tutoring my peers. So, my question is that can I work more than 20 hours like this at my campus,plus work off campus for 20 hours. And is this all legal?

thats way too many hours.. in total you have to work for 20 hours off campus or how many ever hours on campus.. not both..

You are essentially working more than a full-time job. As a student you are allowed to work 20 hours (so part-time) to supplement your income while still being able to make your studies the #1 priority.

yeah.. provided your university doesn't have any restriction. My university allows only 24 hours a week on campus.

There is no legal limit to on campus hours. Off campus is 20 hours during study periods and unlimited during breaks.

As long as you don't go over the 20 hour/week off campus limit, yes, it is legal. There is no limit to on campus work.
