Initially submitted an application for Spousal sponsorship which was returned on due to incompleteness. It’s my mistake I didn’t read through properly to why it was returned and resubmitted the application on the same day with the missing documentation. As, documents asked by Immigration are still not provided in the second submission, most probably it will be returned again for incompleteness, so I called IRCC contact center and was advised Instead of waiting it to be returned it’s better to withdraw the application and re-submit it with completed documents. Can anyone advise if it's okay to withdraw and won't face any problem in re-submission. Any advices, thanks for your time
