Can i withdraw my application before receiving procedural fairness letter?

Hi, i have submitted my visitor visa application and it is in pending from last 3 months and eligibility review havent started yet.
I have realized i have made a mistake in my application and want to withdraw my application.

Will there be any issue if i withdraw my application?

It really depends on the timing. None of us here can tell you for certain. If IRCC has found an issue with your application and had already decided that a PFL needs to be sent, then you won't be able to withdraw even if you send in the withdraw request before you have received the PFL. On the other hand, if they haven't found an issue yet, then you should be able to successfully withdraw. Hard to say since your application has been in process for some time now.
