Can I visit India after giving my Immigration Medical Exam and PCC (India)?

Hi,

I am planning on visiting India in October. I'll be there for 3 weeks.

I already have a PCC from India. Do I have to generate an updated one after I'm back?
Also, can I give my IME and go to India? Or, is it best to come back to Canada and then give IME?

Update: I uploaded the existing PCC but also applied for a new one from India. With the existing PCC, I attached a LOE and submitted my PR application. Once I received my latest PCC, I uploaded it using the webform.

I used my old IME since the requirement for CEC at the time did not need a new one
