Can I use Fedex AWB? How to pay VAC fee for E-delivery using a cheque?

Can I use Fedex Prepaid Airway Return Bill to get my passport back from the NewYork VAC office? I see on the website that they do not accept AWBs from Fedex but someone on this forum said that they sent their AWB using Fedex service. Also how do I exactly pay the E-delivery fee ($32.27) using a cheque? What is best way to pay the fee ? And if I have to pay it using a cheque, on who's name do I send it to? I haven't really used a cheque before so please help me if possible. Thanks in Advance

If the website says this is not available then it is not.

You would have to ask this "someone" for advice.
