Can I transfer my fees for september 2013 intake in same college for a different course.many of my friends have told me that visa officers dont take computer engineering under the category of engineering.so I have decided to move to my second most choice of mechanical engineering.Please help me guys.
I have applied under General as on 1st April at Chandigarh VFS office

10th std 76.00%(ICSE)
12th std 54.90%[NM](PSEB)
IELTS 6.5 bands[L-8.5,R-6.0,W-5.5,S-5.5]
Education Loan Rs.24 Lacs
