Can I transfer my application from CHC ISB to CHC Saudi Arabia

Hi,


I have sent my medical in January 2010, now already passed 3 months and didnt receive any responce

Now I joined new company in Saudi Arabia, can i transfer my application from ISB to Saudi Arabia on this stage

Because in Saudi Arabia rule is that if CHC ask for passport then I have to send within 30 days and because I m in Saudi Arabia and my employer took my passport and he will not return me

Now in this situation what I do, I leave the job and come back to my home country

Or take my passport from employer and courier to my home country and then send to CHC

Or is it legal if i stay in Saudi Arabia without passport

From what I know, CHC ISB takes quite some time in back ground checks. So I have read that it is normal to take more then 3 months. With regards to CHC Saudi, there is no CHC saudi; you will have to send it to London; that also you will have to request to transfer your file to London office and all that. I guess if I was you, and I got a passport request from ISB, I would just request an emergencvy leave, go to pakistan, get the visa stamped and then decide what to do next. i would not suggest you to change your visa office at this stage.These are are only suggestions from my end, you will have to decide what is best.

Hi,

For middle east London CHC is the only office so if you transfer your file from ISB then it will transfer to London which is way busier than ISB , if your case is still with ISB its better to stay there if you request for transfer it will take another 1 month which will further delay your case .
