According to my program, the scheduled break is after the two semester. I have currently finished my 2nd semester and I want to take an unscheduled break in my coming semester which is Fall 2022 because I have failed in two courses. So that I can study in between the break and again join from the Winter semester 2022. My question is, does it affect the PGWP if we take gaps in between the semester even if there is no scheduled break? What would be the effects for taking unscheduled break?

Are you getting official authorization from your school to take a leave of absence? Without official authorization from your school, you will put yourself at high risk of the PGWP being refused. See:

Yes, I am planning to get official authorization from school. Because my academic status for the second semester is poor so that I want to take a gap and study my failed courses and retake those failed courses in winter semester and my graduation will be late. I have SP till July 2024 and if I take break then my graduation will finish in April 2025.

You can do it as long as you have authorization from your school. Make sure you don't take any part time semesters, apart from your last semester. You need to be a full time student throughout your studies.

Let's assume a case that, I take unscheduled break this Fall semester and I won't be eligible for PGWP due to the gap. And then, if I extend my study permit and take another program after completion of my current program, will I be eligible for PGWP?

Yes, if you complete a second (separate) program, then you will be eligible for a PGWP. The PGWP will only reflect the duration of your second program (it will not include the first).

I have another doubt to be cleared. In my case, my SP will expire in July 2024 and to complete my failed courses I have to study one semester more which will need extension of my study permit. And I want to study one year course after the completion of my current program. So how much SP extension can I get in my case? \
