Can i submitted multiple application

Hello Guys,

I am thinking to apply visitor visa for my wife as i applied Spouse Open Work Permit for her from pakistan it would take more than 6 month so i am decided to apply visitor visa for her. My question is can i apply multiple application ? I am a internation student in canada.
