can i submitt Ielts test later

I have to submitt my documents at visa office by 25january2011.
I have already 71 points W/O IELTS.

Can I submitt my Ielts test result one month later?

Hi

The 10th April 2010 rule says IELTS must be submit with full documents before that you had a option to send the receipt of the IELTS booking but since April 2010 its must to submit IELTS.
